I love Green thumb. They always seem to have a quality and budget option for every plant, and they have specialty items that aren’t available nearby. Their processes are friendly and they support community. I prefer them to the alternatives. Just go. if you enjoy or appreciate the plants You’ll probably get hooked and be happy you did. For example They also have koi for koi ponds and water features and water lilies and bare root and bulbs in season. It’s just a good environment

Love Green Thumb Nursery, they have native narrowleaf milkweed! Had multiple Monarchs check out my plants I purchased and now I have monarch caterpillars. This nursery is such a gem! My friend and I came here last week and were super impressed! The nursery is quite spacious, there’s a huge variety of plants and other gardening needs. Staff is super friendly and helpful as well. We had so much just strolling around and chatting. We ended up buying some succulents for a steal! We will definitely be back!

I work in the garden department at a Home Depot. My coworkers keep telling me about here, so I finally went yesterday. I really like it. It feels like what a nursery should be. I live in Oceanside and I was a big fan of Evergreen, but they were bought by Moon Valley 😢 And I like Neel's in Encinitas, but that's a bit too much if a drive. So Green Thumb is going to be my main go to nursery (outside Home Depot). And Neel's will be my immediate back up. Main reason I gave Green Thumb 4 stars instead of 5 is the California Native plant section was pretty small. Maybe I missed another section. But, it won't deter me from going back.
